PLC returns to the Land of the Rising Sun
Paul Lovatt-Cooper was invited back to Japan this time as guest conductor and guest soloist with the HBB Band based in Osaka Japan.
The concert was a celebration of Paul’s music and featured a number of Japanese premiers including ‘When Thunder Calls’ and ‘Fire in the Blood’.
Paul was invited over to attend the concert and conduct some of his works. There was even a special request for Paul to perform as a soloist playing a xylophone solo of his arrangement of Mozart’s ‘Ronda Alla Turka’.
