Solar Eclipse

No soundbite available...
This piece is simple enough for any band to play and ideal as a finale piece to a concert. Circa 7’30”

Written in the year the UK experienced the Solar Eclipse in 1999. This piece has a fanfare style opening that leads to a quick section lead by the solo cornet and soprano cornet. The middle section of the piece is a soprano solo which represents the actual eclipse and its eeriness. The solo cornets then move into their given positions on stage to play the finale grandiose section and close.
